PrincipalAlex has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, having started his career in 1994. His talent as a Recruiter became evident as soon as he entered the staffing world. In January 2002, he opened A&A Search Staffing. Today, Alex still works his own desk and is recognized as one of the most successful technology recruiters in the Boston region. A graduate of Salem State University, he is fluent in Russian.
DirectorRonnie has been in the staffing industry for almost 12 years. He started his career with Robert Half Accounttemps. He joined A&A Search Staffing in 2007 and has emerged as one of the company’s top producers over the ensuing years. He has led A&A’s New Hampshire office since 2010, during which time he helped the site reach record sales. Currently, Ronnie manages A&A’s General IT group. His natural passion for technology is an asset to his successful recruitment leadership role. Ronnie graduated from Colorado State University in 1995 with a major in finance and a minor in economics. He was a member of the CSU lacrosse team.
Senior Client Partner
Jennifer is a global executive search veteran with more than 19 years of experience and 295 successful search completions. In 2017, she joined AT Associates to build their executive search division and today is helping major corporations search for their next key leadership roles. Prior, Jennifer spent 10 years with Korn Ferry primarily in their board practice focused on Fortune 100-1000 clients helping them identify the most successful C-level executives across a variety of industries around the world. Prior, she spent 8 years with CT Partners recruiting top talent for key senior-level positions from start-ups to Fortune 500. Jennifer is involved in a variety of charitable and civic fundraisers and loves extreme obstacle course races, cycling, and hiking with her husband and four children. She attended Northeastern University.
Senior Staffing LeadAndy has 6 years of technical staffing and recruiting experience. In addition, he has 7 years of B2B account management and development experience. He has been an asset to A&A Search Staffing in identifying strategic business opportunities. He works diligently to develop new client relationships while maintaining and growing existing ones with customers. Andy assists in training and mentoring the internal A&A team. He graduated from Plymouth State University where he was a member of the hockey team. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, sailing, skiing, and fishing.
Senior Staffing LeadSteve is the longest tenured employee at A&A Search Staffing, with 13 years of information technology staffing experience. His strengths are in developing new client relationships and nurturing existing ones with customers and candidates. Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA, where he was a 2-year starter on the varsity football team. He enjoys weather phenomena, fishing, basketball, poker, and wildlife adventures. Steve resides in Grafton, MA.
Senior Staffing LeadChris started at A&A Search & Staffing in 2014. Chris’s strengths are in building new relationships and exceeding the expectations of his clients and candidates. He graduated from Johnson & Wales University and currently resides in Kennebunkport, ME. Chris enjoys working out, the beach, and cooking.
Senior Staffing ConsultantJay has 20 years of experience in the technology staffing and recruiting field. His strength lies in his ability to find solid candidates with the right skill set creating a great match for employers and employees. Jay is a veteran of the United States Marine Corp. He is a Boston Bruins fan. His favorite past times are hiking, fitness, and spending time with his two children Tyler and Mya.
Senior RecruiterGary is experienced with full cycle recruiting and onboarding in large, small, private, public, and government organizations. His extensive knowledge in Human Resources regarding state and federal laws has been invaluable to A & A Search Staffing. He strives to be a reliable partner to both his candidates and clients. Gary graduated from Plymouth State College where he was co-captain of the men’s rugby team. His interests include politics, economics, sports, hiking, boating, and fishing.
Business DevelopmentSteve is the newest addition to the A&A Search Staffing team. With over 35 years of IT leadership experience, he understands the hiring challenges that face IT departments. As an industry veteran, he has been an early adopter of customer-facing technologies and processes which have helped organizations remain competitive. As a leader, he has hired hundreds of team members and mentored dozens more who have attained leadership roles. As a consultant, he has worked with IT organizations globally to help them understand that customer service is their competitive advantage. His industry background spans Biotech, Health Care—both payor and provider, Transportation, IT Services, and Energy. He currently resides in Reading, MA with his wife Maureen.
Senior RecruiterNick started as a technical recruiter in the financial services sector and has nearly 6 years of experience placing highly skilled project managers, business analysts, developers, and engineers. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire where he obtained his Bachelor’s in Communication with a Minor in Justice Studies. Nick recently moved back to his hometown of Kennebunk, ME where he bought a house and got married in 2017 to his wife, Lauren. He enjoys playing golf in his free time and is a luxury car enthusiast.
RecruiterTanner began his career in the staffing industry in 2015 with A&A Search Staffing. Tanner’s knowledge and passion for technology make him an asset to the recruiting team. Tanner strives to create reliable partnerships with all his candidates. He mentors and trains internal recruiters at A&A Search Staffing. Tanner graduated from Plymouth State University in 2014 with a major in Business Administration and minor in Professional Sales. Tanner is an Avid Boston sports fan and enjoys politics and technology.
Technical RecruiterConor joined A & A Search Staffing in the Fall of 2016. He graduated from Plymouth State University majoring in Sports Management and minoring in Professional Sales. Conor has a strong passion for Sales and Business Development, always striving to improve and learn new skills. He has been an immediate contributor to the team and spends his free time golfing, exercising, and watching sports.
RecruiterMike began his career in the recruiting industry in December of 2016. Mike graduated from Plymouth State University in 2016 with a major in Marketing and minor in Professional Sales. Mike’s familiarity and knowledge of technology, as well as his passion for Sales, makes him a valuable asset for the recruiting team. He excels at building relationships with his candidates. Mike enjoys the outdoors, basketball, and spending time with friends and family. Mike is also an avid Minnesota Vikings and Boston Celtics fan.
RecruiterJimmy began his career in the recruiting industry in October 2017. He graduated from Plymouth State University in 2016 with a degree in Exercise Physiology. He made a quick turn around after realizing the opportunity within the world of recruiting. Jimmy is focused, hard-working, and is eager to take on new challenges. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, golfing, and spending time with his family.
ControllerJeremy is a 1996 Graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He has been working in the staffing field for over 15 years, the last 11 with A&A Search Staffing. He began his career at Camp Dresser and McKee Inc and worked at the Wilmark Group and Genzyme prior to joining A&A.
Communications MarketerHolly has been managing the marketing and communications for A&A Search Staffing for almost 2 years. She makes sure everything from the website to the sign on the front door aligns to A&A’s brand. When not working to make A&A look good she is keeping busy with her twin eight-year-old boys.
Chief Tail WaggerTuckerman has a contagiously positive attitude that encourages an energetic/unruffled work environment. He started working at the office from the age of 10 weeks. Tuckerman enjoys greeting the team in the mornings, meeting new people and K9s alike. His favorite pastime activities are retrieving, water sports, and sleeping. Favorite food – Carrots
Chief Dog Officer, CDOZoey is a wonderful dog who enjoys the company of all her human friends. She is especially happy when she is hanging out with Alex. A few of her favorite things are going to work, chasing chipmunks, cuddling, playtime, and sneaking roast beef and bacon snacks. She is an avid Celtics and Red Sox fan.
