Executive Team
Andrius Montvila, Principal, has been in the recruiting and staffing industry for over 10 years, starting as a personal contributor during the economic boom of the late 1990′s. During the beginning years, Andrius quickly became one of the top recruiters in his firm. In 2002 he partnered up with Alex Tsatskis and founded A&A Search, LLC. Andrius and Alex lead A&A Search through both good and difficult economic times and continue to thrive today. They have built A&A Search to be known as a company that is always ethical, efficient, and reliable when placing top quality candidates with their clients. Andrius graduated with a double major in business and communications from Syracuse University in 1991, where he played for the varsity soccer team. Today, Andrius remains an avid and loyal Orange fan.
Alex Tsatskis, Principal, has over 15 years experience in the staffing industry, and started his career at Tech Specialists in 1994. His specialty has been focusing on placements in Software Engineering, Help Desk, and Desktop Support positions. In January of 2002 Alex Tsatskis partnered with Andrius Montvila and founded A&A Search. Prior to his current venture, Alex worked for the Wilmark Group as a Technical Recruiter and an Account Executive. Alex is a graduate of Salem State College, and he’s fluent in Russian.
